Houses Type 3 are the two largest houses in Kochorite complex. They are situated
in the inner row of houses. As the others, they are semi-detached and
mirror each other's interior.
At the
first level, there is a large living-room with a fire-place, a kitchen
with a bar connected to the living-room, a separated dining-room with a
wine cellar, a fitness hall and a bathroom. The veranda at this level
leads to the garden of the complex.
At the
upper level, there are three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. From
the two smaller bedrooms you can go out to a veranda which leads to the
asphalt road surrounding the complex from above. The large bedroom has a
balcony with a view over the garden. At this level there is also the
garage.
