Houses Type 1 are the smallest houses in resort village Kochorite. They
are two semi-detached two-floor houses, which mirror each other's
interior.
At the lower level there is a garage, a large living-room with a
fireplace, a kitchen with a dining-room and a bathroom. From the first
floor veranda you can go down to the asphalt road which surrounds the
complex.
At the
upper level there are two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. From the
bedrooms you can go out to another veranda, which leads to the common
garden of the complex.
